Joe Ranstatler
With more than twenty years of professional experience, Chef Joe has influenced kitchens across San Francisco, Boston, Buffalo & Nantucket Island. He built his culinary portfolio on the Grey Lady rubbing shoulders with accomplished chefs at The Boarding House, The Pearl and Corazon del Mar. His most recent role as Chef de Cuisine at Dune solidified his reputation as one of Nantucket's most trusted culinary professionals.
